Please note that each THE DARK product is made to order and handmade.
We do ship our items to all countries in the world. Below you can view the approximate delivery timings:
- Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia: 1-2 days*
- EU, UK, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands: 3-4 days*
- Rest of the EU: 4-5 days*
- USA, Canada, Mexico, Americas, Russia, Africa, India and China: 7 to 10 days*
- Rest of the world: up to 7 to 10 days*
* Once item is ready to ship and excluding public holidays
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout or the telephone number you provided as text message, which can take up to 48 hours. You will receive a second email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 - 3 working days for the tracking information to show. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.
Please check your email for tracking number and you can always check online about your shipment ,depend on the method of shipment you choose.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a small window to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at email@example.com, as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.
If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you have received it. Please note that your parcel will be returned to us if the shipping address is incorrect. In this case, we have to wait for your parcel to be returned to us and then we can either re-ship the parcel to your correct address ( additional shipping charges apply ) or provide you with a refund or store credit in line with our Return Policy.
You are able to request a return within 10 days from the delivery date for all countries. In order for the return to be successful, the product should be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
You have a further 14 days from when authorised to physically send back the return.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before posting back the package in order to obtain a Return Authorization number and the relevant information in order to complete the process.
Please note that for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for earrings.
In case that the chosen size in your purchase, has not been of your comfort, within 10 working days of receiving your order, you can choose to make a change 100% free and receive the correct size. To make the change, write to email@example.com or write us at live chat or text us to our facebook page.
During the sales period, the purchase of sale items will be final. Therefore we will be unable to process any refunds or exchanges.
The Dark accessories with engraving and special orders cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
Please note that the customer will have to pay for any costs that may incur when shipping the product back to The Dark.

- Shipping fees will not be refunded.
- Refund or store credit will be issued in 3 to 4 weeks once delivered to us.
- All items purchased with a gift card or store credit are not eligible for return. Gift cards purchased and store credit issued by The Dark cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- We do not provide a returns label or pay for returns shipping.
- Items must be in their brand-new, unused condition with their original tags and packaging. Any items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way will be rejected.
- Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.
- We do not accept packages returned on a cash-on-delivery basis or packages requiring additional payment.
- All shipping charges and governmental taxes are non-refundable.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded for undeliverable orders. We may charge additional fees to cover any costs incurred.
- We offer store credit for the price difference between the purchase price and the sale price, if the order was placed 24 hours before the sale.
- Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed.
