Each order is hand picked and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, a secondary shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to you.
All our orders are delivered by DHL with express service and require a signature upon delivery. To track or make changes to your delivery, you can contact DHL directly through their portals.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Please be aware that when a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes and duties. All fee in origin country must be paid by the receiver, If you do not pay this fee, local custom regulators will not release the package to you and will send it back to THE DARK. we can not cancel your order and we can not make a refund.
Free standard shipping is applied for orders over $100.
Express shipping options are available at checkout.
Please note that each THE DARK product is made to order and handmade.
We do ship our items to all countries in the world. Below you can view the approximate delivery timings:
- Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia: 3 to 5 days*
- EU, UK, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands: 3-5 days*
- Rest of the EU: 4-5 days*
- USA, Canada, Mexico, Americas, Russia, Africa, India and China: 7 to 10 days*
- Rest of the world: up to 7 to 10 days*
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we continually strive to deliver the highest quality products possible. You may return your order for a merchandise refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days from the date of delivery using our Return & Exchange center.
All items must not be worn, altered, or damaged. Must be free of any stains, odors, self-tanner, pet hairs, free from any loose threads/piling or distinct smells including deodorant and cologne/perfume. If an item is returned in the conditions above, we may be unable to accommodate a return or exchange.
*Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
*The purchase of sale items is final. Therefore we will be unable to process any refunds or exchanges.
*All items purchased with a gift card or store credit are not eligible for return. Gift cards purchased and store credit issued by The Dark cannot be exchanged or refunded.
In the rare case that the item you received is the incorrect item, damaged or defective, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the incorrect item or the referenced damage before sending the item back or starting a claim with your financial institution. Our Customer Care Team will gladly assist you in a timely manner.
We are unable to offer free returns; however, we are happy to send out the exchange order free of charge with DHL shipping. You’re also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice.

At THE DARK, we choose only the top quality materials for every item we make. All handcrafted, made from the premium leather and hardware, originated from Italy. The leather will fade to slightly darken and soften with time and use. Our pieces will age beautifully and gain character over time . Each item is unique and one-of-a-kind, designed and manufactured handmade in our workshop.
The vegetable tanned leather is treated in a natural way and not chemical. It is normal if there are small imperfections in leather (natural marks).We recommend that customers remove accessories before going to bed or participating in any physical activity. Exposure to certain harsh chemicals or environments will result in compromising the integrity of your accessories. This includes, but is not limited to the following: perspiration, perfumes, cleaning agents, chlorine, salt water, and silver polish.
Leather is a natural material, general wear and cleaning may cause shrinkage and color variations. The Dark cannot be held responsible for any damage due to negligence. To preserve the quality of The Dark leather products, please do not wash with any household cleaning fluids. If wet, please allow leather to dry naturally. Do not place near a source of heating or open fire.
